Good morning folks. Going to Tampa with an old Nam vet today. He hit 18 in 1972 so he was at the tail end. He didn't have all that much fun in country.

We speak of everything but Vietnam. I heard through the grapevine years ago that his main job (MOS?) was to load bodies into bags. I get it why a brother would not be all chatty about that.
This rumor may be untrue but I don't need to know bad enough to pursue it. Good guy though.

Not all stories have to be about war but some of the funniest times I’ve had happened in some of the crappiest conditions and I don’t mean down range.
I knew a guy who was a 92M during OIF I. He doesn’t talk about it much either.
