That's a good age. It provides father/son activities and he can start learning a healthy respect.

Traffic is way better that way. You just have to avoid all of the little speed trap towns. You van also find some awesome mom and pop restaurants.

I have only been down that way a little bit so I would have to do a little homework. I am a huge fan of mom and pops.

There is an awesome Amish restaurant in Sarasota right off 75.

Name is on the tip of my tongue. I’ll edit post when I remember.

Yoder’s.

Liz have you heard of Clearmont and/or Minneola. I lived there very briefly when I was a kid.

Yea. It’s goid eats. Everything is homemade including the bread.

It’s a nice break from getting grouper sandwiches when I’m down there. — which I love. But that’s all I usually eat the first week I’m there. — unless Royale Reds are in season.

I had a whistle with a glow stick in the middle, Tidal.

The rave was sick. My ears are still ringing.

I have heard of Clearmont. Funny, I have lived in FL for almost 4 years, but am still unfamiliar with the state. No idea the motto, state dog, bird, etc.

I keep getting ads for dog food from Chewy.com.

I suspect because of Poncho Villas thread.

They are bad-arse. Everything is home-made and good. They make these huge pies from scratch. Awesome. The fried chicken meal is 1/2 a chicken. Expect to bring a go plate home, no matter what you order.

Carrie Yoder was from the area but I never knew if she was connected in any way to the restaurant.
