This is going to sound weird, but I keep a bottle of peppermint oil in my purse, when my neck starts to hurt it gives me a headache and I put like two drops of the oil in my hands and rub it on the back of my neck and it helps, a lot. 
also, there's a makeup thread already this morning, so I wont turn this into one, but ladies.... I bought ABH Norvina last night, and it is SOOOOOO pretty.

Peppermint oil is great for headaches! I don’t keep it in my purse but I will put it in my tub at night (with rosemary oil) for that reason.
I have an origins headache relief thing with peppermint oil that I keep in my purse, though.

ETA: I have a friend who joined that so she could order at a discount, but only her close friends know, so when she orders she will order stuff for us if we want without having to fight off a sales pitch.

Some stuff works. That’s why people began peddling it. Anything with either lavender or rosemary oil in it help skin funkiness and cuts on my horse. But those are actual products I buy, not just oils
Also, I buy a shite ton of lavender bath stuff bc the smell is amazing.

Would your doc ever consider phone appts? Maybe you could just sit in your car for a half hour and talk to your doc? I don't even know if that's a thing or would be helpful...
