There's an app for that. I saw it a few days ago.
it connects you with a counselor/therapist, and you chat back and forth on the app. I think it said its not meant to be a sole treatment plan, especially for the severely depressed/suicidal, but when you need insight and someone to listen when you're down.

well, even if it doesn't at least you will smell nice.
My favorite one is the spa room one from bed bath &beyond. I use some YL oils, but I dont like their peppermint, its just not strong enough to me.
I'd like to throw a peppermint in my boss' mouth the next time he walks up to my desk.
