1. Put best fielder/athlete at pitcher
2. Put 2nd best at first
3. Teach them to hit behind the runners.

I’m in my 2nd year coaching 3-4 year old t ball.

Need to keep them moving. Ideally you would have multiple stations going at once. 1 for fielding, 1 for hitting off a tee, and 1 for one throwing. After 10 minutes, call a water break then the groups switch stations. Finish the practice with everyone taking turns running bases. 1st time around everyone runs 1 base at a time. The last time they run all the way around.
