I had a friend have a similar thing happen to him. He allegedly grabbed a girl's butt at a club off campus and she reported him for sexual harassment 4 months later. He got expelled and he wasn't even at the club she named that night. Needless to say he is suing the shite out of the school.

Hopefully we'll get an update. My guess is the university will settle with cash, take the expulsion off his record, and offer a scholarship to the university of his choice, if he has not completed college yet- all without admitting any wrongdoing on their part.

There was this guy who was going Stephen Colbert style, making fun of hyper feminist types saying things like "Women reserve to right to take back consent even after sex" and the same people he was parodying were cheering him on.
My God, life is aggressively imitating art here. Rape is tough enough to convict off of without THIS further muddying up the waters.

Consent must be given for every thrust taken during sex. Sex will really take hours this way instead of minutes it used to take.
