Go see an oral surgeon to have this done. David Bulot is by far the best in town

Haven’t read through all replies, but screw some ibuprofen only. I got all mine removed a few months ago and it sucked afterwards for a day or two. But I also had one compacted and one sideways. And then add to the fact I developed a dry socket. Not one but two. I understand it was my fault trying to go back to doing to much to quick. But I wouldn’t wish that on my worse enemy. That pain is worse than the surgery.

I had probably one of the best oral surgeons and staff. Put me to sleep and walked me through process before doing so. Now if you’re like me after being put to sleep and then when you come back awake, then you may not ever want to go back to that place. From what I can remember and from being told, I tried to get every single assistant to either give me their number or let me go to their house to heal up. And lord knows what else I said. I have yet to go back in there lol. I just went to my regular dentist when I got the dry sockets. I’m grateful that I was not videoed. I easily could have been a part of the #metoo movement.

Anyways, follow every single thing they tell you to do afterwards and you shouldn’t end up like I did. I was the one who thought it was just the same BS they tell everyone afterwards. Wrong. But it was the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life. And honestly screw some ibuprofen for wisdom teeth. Just get them to give you enough pain meds to last a couple days. No more than that should work.

I can't speak to getting two pulled, but I can to getting four pulled. There is no easy way to put it other than saying it sucks.

Avoid dry sockets. Absolutely don't drink or eat anything by using a straw, as this could cause a dry socket.

How is it being put under? Feels strange being put to sleep like a dog. I’m Having it done tomorrow to remove all 4, they also are all exposed.

For me, it was basically just like falling asleep. They put the IV in and the doctor came in and hooked the anesthesia up and I was out. Woke up, and it was over. Everything was foggy when I woke up, but I wasn't out of my mind or anything.
