A couple of my buddies used to live in one of the houses over there. It had two living rooms. One was in the middle of the house, where they had stadium seating, but used sofas. The bigger one was a bedroom. House was pretty junky though, and IIRC, one guy owned most of them over there

Actually, I just went back and looked at it again. It doesn’t look awful if you stay there year round and have a roommate. $600 a month isn’t terrible including utilities.
