It doesn't go on your record anymore as long as you pay it. I always call them to pay and tell them to keep it off my record. No tickets on my insurance.

This thread has be wondering if I should drive back to Lasalle parish. 15 or more years ago I got a ticket, it was reduced but I needed to do some kind of course or paperwork? I remember going to the courthouse but for the life of me cant remember actually doing anything. I may have some type of warrant. Damn,

I mean, let's be honest here. Speeding tickets have nothing to do with safety and everything to do with raising funds for the local sheriff's office.

A lawyer will get you this 95% of the time in traffic cases. You can get this maybe 50% of time by talking to the ADA before court.
