Georgia thieves escape with nearly $100,000 worth of ramen noodles, police say

"Thieves in Georgia must have been craving a savory snack as they made off with nearly $100,000 worth of ramen noodles, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office said.

The thieves, who have not yet been located, took the packages of noodles between July 25 and August 1, Fox 5 reported. The noodles were located inside a 53-foot trailer, which was parked at a Chevron store."

I don’t buy it. $100.00 worth of Ramen Noodles would have a 53’ Trailer bursting at the seams.

All the ramen noodles in the world don’t add up to $100k.

They're used as currency by inmates in the US Prison system.

did they steal the trailer too? That's the only way they made off with that much in ramen noodles.

Thing must have been packed to the gills.

this wreaks of insurance fraud. 100k in ramen would be an eternity.

At Sam's Club a pack of 48 is about $8 so $100,000 would be about 600,000 packs.. ..
