I'd go with this option because when I was in high school, '66-'70, this never happened with teacher/students. The football coaches banging teachers and secretaries were the only sordid affairs at my school.

Epidemic? It's normalcy...we're only seeing the ones that make the news, which is A LOT...imagine all the ones we never find out about, it's probably in the thousands across the country at any given time. I've been saying for years it must be chemical related...all those hormones floating in the air has to be driving these younger female teachers crazy, wonder if there has ever been a study on this?
