It’s been talked about a lot In the thread that the DA personally prosecuted the case. Does this happen often?

I’ll plug one of my favorite YouTube channels here. Larry Lawton is an ex jewel thief who spent 12 years or so in every level of the prison system. Now, he is an advocate for prison reform, and has a YouTube channel talking about the ins and outs of life in prison. The video I linked talks about his first day in prison.
