Garage sale in BR - I’ll be the first one there

That is a rough street and they have few older people hanging on that own their places and are not going to sell out until they die or go into a group home.
My father owned a few duplexes there before he passed away.
There are a few decent hardworking people.
Unfortunately, Mostly drug pushers or lowest level street pusher, junkies, gun houses, Latinos starting to take over, and half way houses.

Sunday morning use to be the drug pushers or crackhead girl fights in the street.

Seen a few people OD in the drug houses.

I have been there Friday evening cleaning out a duplex and gun fire not uncommon.

Cliff notes bad area do not go.
