Seriously though, they have a truck trying to bring down a granite tower that weighs multiple tons with hundreds of people surrounding it. Yet the Birmingham Police are nowhere to be found.

It is a public park. Basically a square block in downtown Birmingham across from the Boutwell Auditorium, an old arena.
It also is the typical starting and finishing line of the Mercedes Marathon every year ( recently has changed due to construction of the interstate)

Crowd just turned violent. Now burning stuff and breaking windows in Downtown Birmingham. Damaging a ton of property. TV Reporter just got assaulted and robbed on air.
