On that note.
I noticed a couple years ago the air freshener at Lauberg is exactly the same as Area 51(trampoline Park).

For me, one of the best experiences at a Casino is single deck or two deck black jack. Especially if the dealer is cool and the table is full of people who want to beat that dealer and have fun.
The most I have ever won was at harrahs and lauberge playing those games. Everyone seemed to walk away with full pockets.
However, things can turn on a dime the second a novice gambler, know it all, or clown sits down. The vibe goes away and it’s time to cash in.

There is an underworld currency in poker chips. Many illegal activities are bought and paid for with chips since they are very hard to trace.

in baton Rouge don't understand how good lauberge is. I don't work there. Never have. But I gamble there a lot. 18 Steak had come a LONG way over the years (I think they've gone through 7 executive chefs?) and it is really good now. The stadium is probably the best sports bar in BR. Good bar food and a ton of tv's. The bar in the casino always had good cover bands on the weekends. The bar outside the gaming area (the one outside 18 steak) usually had a good solo artist on the weekends. Gambling wise, you're not going to find more player friendly blackjack rules for low limits anywhere than you are here. A lot of places around here (LC, Biloxi, Shreveport) are slowly switching to 6:5 blackjack (which is almost uniform in Vegas) but every table at lauberge is 3:2 no matter the minimum bet. And here at lauberge you can play 2 hands without having to double the minimum bet no matter what limit you are playing. That's rare. There's no continuous shuffle machines.... It's just top to bottom a great casino and I'm not sure how much the casual patron realizes it. We are lucky to have it.
I couldn’t disagree more with this. Lauberge sucks all around. Their buffet may be some of the worst food that you will ever eat. You are lucky to get your drink refilled once also.
For gaming, they will make it a $15 craps table during the week. Then they throw the newest dealers on the craps table who can’t get the payout right. But yet, they have some of the best craps dealers spread around the casino dealing the easy games.
For poker, they just tried to start doing something other than the bad beat for promotions but they are not near as good as Biloxi on promotions. For the bad beat, quad 5s have to be beat and both players must have a pocket pair if four of kind beats another four of a kind. They make it so tough which is why it hasn’t been hit in over a year.
Give me Biloxi everyday.
