You have no idea, for at least a couple decades they had their own little version of the LV skim going. The majority of the parish is built on wetlands, then add to that the fill credit BS.

I went about a month after the reopening hoping the bad service was just from the rush of it being reopened and hopefully settled down. Nah. Heard they built the kitchen small so there wasn't a lot to choose from to eat, got a burger, how do you frick up a burger? Went downstairs and thought that it would be brutal in July/August, spending $8M and not putting any fans down there (think they fixed that). Anyway, I'm not gonna miss it

Horrible food is a very kind statement. Garbage might be a better term!!
