I would have to say Petrino based upon what we know now.
The Freeze situation may be worse than what's been reported to date.

Yeah, they were both pretty stupid, but Petrino was riding around the state of Arkansas, on a motorcycle, with the girl riding with him. There were several things that could have gone wrong that would have exposed him.
Hugh only got caught because of Houston Nutt's lawsuit. I would like to see what would happen of Hugh and Nutt ever crossed paths in the near future.
