Fresno Professor On "Leave" for hateful tweet

That bitch also tweeted that if people want to contact her...they can call her. She gave a number out(saying it was her personal #)...that was actually the suicide hotline that ASU runs. They were flooded with calls because of it. Pretty evil imo to pull shite like that.

She also diverted people to some mental health hotline, which I'm sure the people running didn't appreciate.
I think it's safe to say the lady has some mental issues of her own. Or she was drugged out of her mind when she did all of this.

A don't agree with her saying it but I feel she should be allowed TO, without repercussions. That said, I wouldn't want the bitch working for me.

The 1st Amendment doesn’t protect a person from the consequences of being an idiot. The “freedom of speech” argument is dumb.

On paid leave. They also gave a history teacher paid leave a while back after he said Trump should be hung. I think he’s back but it’s hard to find anything definite that I’ve seen.

Might expose her to civil liability if someone couldn't get through and killed themselves.
She could have given out a number for someone who deserved it, like Rachel from Card Services. I would approve the original tweet if that were the endgame.

I would imagine her being fired/on leave has more to do with her behavior and not just that tweet.
Her actions could have cost someone's life. I read that thankfully the suicide call center was able to increase staffing to handle the increased influx of calls.
