No. Baton Rouge BOUGHT the air time. Fox 8 sold airtime. If someone else had bought it ...Fox 8 is promoting nothing on their own.

He'll probably win again. I'm not sure why though. Louisiana was the only state in the entire country that lost jobs last year and has one of the highest % of outflows of people in the country. But hey, he has a D or R next to his name. Let's wave the pom poms.

Just strange seeing a commercial on a New Orleans Fox affiliate promoting Baton Rouge as a vacation destination during a Saints Pre Season football game
