Not necessarily. The school does have to protect themselves from a lawsuit that would absolutely cost them big bucks. If they push back hard enough and have to pay out, all the innocent kids that didn't start shite by being so easily offended will have to suffer from the disappearing budget. My only concern right now is the niece that has been made to look bad, and like I said earlier, the apology is bullfrickingshit.

What law suit? A game of ISpy and being referred to as black is not going to result in a suit. You're encouraging the schools to be cowed by foolishness.

That is funny. Awhile back I brought my dog to the park. He is a German Shepard mix with mostly dark fur with some brown fur. We are getting ready to leave and a black lady walks by with some young kids probably 7-8 years old. Well one of the little boys says "that is a ugly dog, he is black". I said "what color are you." The look on his face was priceless.

Yes. I do not believe anything would have been won in a lawsuit. There is no tort. Even when there is a tort, how often is a school sued for altercations between students? They may have found a shitty lawyer to take the case, but it would've gone nowhere. You are recommending actions be taken out of fear. That will never get rid of this PC foolishness.

There's no way these people could be in an infantry unit in the Army or Marine Corps. I've said and heard some incredibly "racist" shite in there and it just rolls off our backs. Why? Because nobody gives a frick and everybody knows that whatever the "racist" jokes are just that. Jokes.

The story tells much better if you use AA instead of black you moron. If the punchline of a joke users a certain word as the 'punch', you don't use the word just before the punchline.

So my brother spoke with her, and asked her, "Did you mean it as a real answer, we're you trying to be funny, or were you trying to be mean? "
She said she thought it was kinda funny, but a good answer. I think she and the offended girl were kinda buddies.
