Not being mainstream does not equate to legitimate. Yes, MSM is full of shite. And yes, most alternative media sources are also full of shite. And suggesting that Joe Rogan is MSM doesnt make you an edgelord or something.
What is the specific sourcing of the information? Are primary sources used? Methodology? Bias? Author? Circumstances of information presented? Audience? Advertising? Is specialized information being analyzed by someone who is unfamiliar with the specialty? etc. These are things to look at to see if it worth anything.
Fake information is bountiful in MSM and all other types of media.

As far as I can see, they haven't stuck their neck out *that* far; only the date of respective forecasts (the US is hardly the only nation adversely affected; many Western nations as well.)
Based on our current dire social, political and economic situations (and pushed by Gates, the WEF's Klaus Schwab, and Agenda 2030), is Deagel's forecast plausible?

Did a little looking myself. First of all the website you linked this from is laughable. All links and references are to other conspiracy sites and offer no actual sourcing other than unsupported claims.
Secondly Deagel.com does not have that information graphic on its actual site. It does have something that looks similar: Actual Deagel USA page
One can easily photoshop that shite.
By the way, Deagel seems to be a hobby site for a military buff. An actual firm would have an "About us" link and all the usual website links and info that an intelligence, contracter, or nonprofit consulting site would have.
It's real in the sense that someone put it on the internet. Doesnt appear to be anything official and/or sinister about the site though. And it's quite amateurish. I suspect any firm with Gates money would have at least a decent web design and function.
Meanwhile, US census is predicting growth in all states:
