What software do you guys use to track donations and keep up with donor information, send e-mails, and log tax information?

We've been using Quickbooks for a while, but recently swapped over to some software called The Little Green Light. It's been fantastic so far, but we're in our "free trial" stage and are open to other options.

We are a small non-profit, so we don't need the capability of keeping up with 10s of thousands of donors or millions of dollars of donations. Just something efficient and simple to use.

I've never used it but Raisers Edge seems to be a popular choice.

Raisers Edge, Blackbaud, Ellucian. I've heard good things about the one you're using though for smaller entities.

Love their entire system, but they're way out of our price range at this point. $5,000 to start, plus several thousand dollars to add multiple users, plus $700 for software support for a single user. $1,500 per student for training.

Would love to be able to afford that for our organization one day. I guess that's how you know you've "arrived" as a 501(c)3
