The prosecution and media argument is essentially he should have allowed himself to be shot because he was there and others didn’t like that he was there
Basically if you opposed the destruction of personal property and the preservation of peoples livelihoods, you shouldn’t be there and if there you definitely shouldn’t have a means to protect yourself.
That’s like stopping for gas in Nola East without carrying

And that makes his arrest and malicious prosecution by the media and these prosecutors ok?
No retard, I have said several times that this prosecution is a shame.

Yes I think attending a riot is generally a bad idea
And your thought is irrelevant. You can’t even string together coherent thoughts. He DIDN’T think it was a bad idea, he wanted to help, and he was prudent in bringing a means to defend himself in a hostile situation.
Just because you would avoid the situation doesn’t make him a dumbass. We need more people with balls and less of you in the gene pool

So if someone ever invades your home, you will abandon ship, leaving your family behind.
We need a stronger word than pussy here.

With your brilliant strategy, he would be dead now.

No he would be at home. Never having gone there

Tell us more about how every person that died while serving in the US military since the 1940s is an idiot that was basically asking for it.

Its almost as if it was a purely political prosecution.
It is, because they're afraid black and soy people will burn stuff down again.

And the guys he shot would be burning down the next city in their path.
It's a give and take situation there.
Correction. Paid to burn down the next city

You’re hopeless. It’s like trying to get a employee to not sell out of their own pocket. You can’t look past anything other than what you would do in this scenario. Based on your comments, you sound like a huge Pansy so I can understand you probably avoid public situations and any notion of confrontation.

What exactly are you doing? Why aren’t you on the front lines

Awesome. Your view of the world comes from hiding in the basement and watching it on tv. We should never venture on the dangerous streets.

He’s not the one on here admonishing someone for choosing to do something and be on the front lines.
You are.

It’s actually hilarious how shitty of people he shot turned out to be. You could be Berlin in 1942 and not go 3/3 like that.

I’m also not a bitch saying people that do something we’re asking for it.
Go ahead and answer that question about military members killed in action.

Damn. The prosecution didn’t coach that dude to lie…just a little.
