Look, I'm not saying you need to lionize the guy but people acting like this dude was going around looking for a fight are just flat out wrong. And there's plenty of video evidence to confirm that.

Just let these people burn everything to the ground because the cops won't do anything. They have insurance. Don't get involved. It's just property.

Yep.

It's called anarcho-tyranny.

They might as well say the chick in the short skirt deserved to be raped because she was walking in a dark alley at 3 a.m. when, in fact she was walking in a parka at noon on 5th Ave.

I never said otherwise. This trial has been hilarious and he is getting off, rightfully.

Call me pussy but I like to avoid situations where I might have to shoot someone. He put himself square into one

You think going to a RIOT with a firearm is a dumbass move because he was on the wrong side of the riot. His Stance is why this happened, not because he was smart enough to be able to defend himself.

I bet you don’t own a single firearm

They're easily duped because their pretentiousness blinds them from the rational thinking they claim to champion

I don't have a problem with that necessarily, but you can make that argument about a lot of situations. This idea that everyone needs to lay down to the mob to avoid conflict seems to permeate every facet of daily life now

Considering he was attacked and a felon had a loaded pistol on him at point blank range, I’d say he needed to be armed

And people are growing more and more exhausted with that mentality.

Ok? Good for you?

And that makes his arrest and malicious prosecution by the media and these prosecutors ok?

The prosecution and media argument is essentially he should have allowed himself to be shot because he was there and others didn’t like that he was there

To be fair, he wasn’t a felon. He still deserved what he got at best.

Yes I think attending a riot is generally a bad idea.
