Homeboy has zero clue what the journalist path is. I read her background and aside from the jealousy angle from others about SMU, she’s done the work.
I dated a girl who is currently in that profession and she busted her arse in academics then the real world.

Moreno seems like she actually cares about the city and is pretty competent. I don’t live in New Orleans but she’d be the one I would get behind. I’ve also met her a few times and she was nice. My first and only interaction with Latoya was about a week after she was elected and the vibe on her was bad even then. Still hoped for the best because vibes don’t mean shite, but in that case it was true.

I don’t know what it takes to be a journalist or even just a news reader but either way, it’s a real job. She was on TV doing the news. That’s a real job. Just bc he doesn’t think it’s a difficult job or valuable job doesn’t make it not a job.
