Surely that can't be right. I'm sure there are plenty of attorneys who could show that the other driver was negligent for not clearing all of the snow and ice off of his car before driving. Not saying it'd be worth suing, though.

The driver of the rig actually pulled over to make sure we were ok and gave me his contact info for his company Schneider trucking . When I called they said their driver had called it but they said I could not prove the ice came off their truck or the one in front of it and refused to pay.

State law in NJ to clear all snow and ice off of vehicles before driving.

I love the sound of an emergency brake being engaged. Manual transmission Saab 9-5...IWDI. One or two cuss words are expected after that though. He had plenty of time to react, not sure wtf he was thinking.

Lazy miniature van drivers, need to clear the ice of their vehicles.
