Flushing the Toilet - what's so hard about it?

I just don't get it. It's doesn't matter where I go, there are always toilets or urinals where people simply refuse to flush. No one wants to walk into a stall and see turds in the toilet...especially if you need to drop a few yourself.

I don't flush public toilets mostly because I don't go to trashy places that haven't upgraded to automatic sensors that flush. I'm not touching a handle on a urinal that 1000s of other people have wiped their dick funk on. After taking a shite, I'll flush it with my foot tho.
