Sounds like shooter was being a drunk creep to a woman and shootee was knighting for her. Shooter tried to smooth things over by buying knight a shot. Knight said "Nah, I'm good, I don't want anything from trash like you", and shooter felt humiliated. Things escalated, shooter shoots.

Other dude as he quickly limps away: "frick you! You just shot me in my god damn foot.
Seriously, in that situation (same range), it seems like if someone would have fired six shots not intending to hit the person, they would have accidently him them one or two times. This dude was trying to hit him, and after 6 shots.. Hit him once in the foot...
