Floor damage from AC repair

Had the evaporator coil replaced in my fairly new unit this morning. Came home this afternoon to a 3 gallon puddle of water on my wood floors and some ceiling damage. The guy is coming back out. Are they responsible for damages?

Take pictures and notes. Personally I would record or video the conversation with the contractor when he is back out.
