Orlando tools are outrageous. If he drives the toll roads a lot, it would quickly accumulate a lot of money in tolls.
One trip around the area on the expressway is at least $20. Probably more.

Ya, go look at the list of people who have out standing tolls in dallas, there are people with 20/30 thousand dollars worth of un paid tolls. It's pretty easy to spend 10/20 bucks a day.
