Guys going after the murderers don't have the time or desire to plant a minuscule amount of weed on someone when they already have them for what I'm sure is felony possession of a stolen weapon

They are patrolling high violence areas. Do you think they care about the guns or the ragged arse bud that allows them to implement a stiffer charge? I'm for legalization. I'm not for drugs mixing with weapons.

So you saying me and my buddies can't ride out to the land with weed on us just to shoot targets, etc? Why the frick do you hate freedom?
I'm speaking in general, but just because someone has some weed on them and a gun, doesn't mean they are doing anything malicious. Now if someone is committing a crime and they have a meth pipe on them and drugs, yeah that is a bit different. I mean are you going to arrest someone for a AK and a 12 pack in their trunk?
