FBI and DOJ have to get involved now as this is officially a criminal act

For two hydrants, it was the second time the S&WB had said they were fixed when, in truth, they weren't, according to the fire department. A re-inspection found that water "just trickles out" on one, while the other was simply missing.

Basically all the pumps are broken down and complete shite, your car could get flooded at any point in an afternoon shower,and a lot of fire hydrants don't work, and the repaving of Bourbon St. is stopping and left in shambles. Nice week so far.
