Every time I see a commercial, I get pissed off...USAA needs to get back to their roots...now I must say as a long time member, I get treated pretty well...

You would think paying members that have been members since 1988 would be treated better...not to mention ZERO claims up until the hurricanes...no accidents, homeowner claims...nothing. The adjusters were from Tampa too for Rita...for Ike...Mom and Dad requested the Tampa office adjuster to leave..and requested a San Antonio Office rep...it went much smoother then.
