Fighter Jet off I-12 in LP?

Anybody know what is up with the fighter jet off the side of I-12 east bound right before Satsuma exit on the right? It has been there for a few weeks now. I first noticed it on a trailer with police guarding it one night. Now it looks likes it's on a slab and has lights all around it.

It was shipped there. They set it up off the side of the interstate. They're going to build a park there.

Rumor I heard was it was flown by someone who lives in the area when they were in the service. The jet was decommissioned and he was able to buy it and bring it to the free state of Livingston.
