Somewhat disturbing how the guy's arms and hands shaking and raising up. I'm guessing he was dead already at that point?

owner will now be arrested for using gun without first being shot himself (not really self defense will be thew claim) and then he will for sure go to jail
next he will be sued by the filths family because he was just a good boy looking to buy skittles when he got shot, and odds are the family wins 6 figures in the lawsuit
