I ignore calls that I know are spam but other numbers I don't have stored I will answer. Someone is always getting my business card and I'm not sending a customer to voicemail just because I don't know who it is.

The "don't know don't answer" doesn't alway help. Sometimes they'll wake me up in a middle of a nice afternoon nap and that sucks. In addition, some people receive random #s according to their work...property mgmt, hvac, sales.
