There's no way to spin this.
You liberal retards have to recognize this isn't a government looking out for your best interest.
This is clearly part of a conspiracy.

they also took a pic of the evidence bags so they wouldn't have to hassle with taking them and storing them.

I ain't a liberal. I'm a conservative Christian man but I don't buy into all of these conspiracies.

They don't need a hard copy as long as they know the identities.
A hard copy can't have DNA or print evidence that can confirm or deny other actors?
Your faith in the official story is disturbing at this early stage. The shooting happened on Wednesday. The FBI were in there ONE day. They gave it back with a truck load of material in it. Including shredded documents, ammo - and you're just completely cool with it?
We just have to agree to disagree.

and just leave all those names & addresses for the media to find and broadcast on the news.
that wont hamper the investigation.

There is not going to be a trial for the two murderers, so no prosecutorial evidence was ruined. Anyone who was affiliated with them will likely be detained outside of the public eye. I'm not a conspiracy nut, but it is hard to believe that it was an honest mistake that the media was in that apartment with all things laying around in it.

Curious.....What does the evidence bag say on it? Does it belong to local law enforcement or FBI?

I didn't see any ammo in the apartment from what I saw. I saw a list of all of the items taken out of the apartment that was required, by law, to be left behind.

it looks like they put several items in it but left it laying on the table.
i dont think it has any label on it at the moment.

It's not a conspiracy if they left a shite ton of hard evidence, and every major news outlet showed up at once.

Before entering the apartment, the CNN reporter live on the scene mentions something about an Inside Edition reporter had paid the landlord $1000 to enter...Apparently IE thought they were going to have the exclusive video.

Same thing, FT - go back and look at the footage, and then, with a straight face, make the argument there was nothing left to exploit. I'll wait...
I saw some of it, or at least what ive seen mentioned here.
Lets start with passports and / or I.D. in the residence. Dop we know who these belong to? Does having them in the hands of the FBI provide any more information than you would have from photographing it and swabbing it for DNA?
Bomb stew on stove ( this was just ridiculous). So their middle easter tea they had brewed the night before should be collected? the whole fricking pot? Why not a small sample? 9 if its even something suspicious?)
Shredded papers? What were these. Maybe they were Farooq's time sheets from work/ Well frick, the place he worked for will have these in tact. Electricity bills? Again, it will only show stuff they already know. Point is, we don't know to what extent these things were examined during the search
Like I stated before. Im not there. I don't know what they have and don't have or what they are looking for. Im sure they have WAY more information than they have stated or may ever state.

wait what? so leaving that pile of drivers licenses and passports & i think i heard one reporter say "i found malik's green card" was due to the fact these items aren't important to the investigation?

Picture 9/11 and the warehouses full of stuff... Think of a plane crash and the pieces meticulously put back together.
Hell think of Boston and then putting together a pressure cooker.
Then picture evidence bags they don't need, shredded documents left behind, bomb making stew that is not important, and computers left behind.
This is something else entirely.

You don't think those vultures are just lingering outside of that apartment waiting for an opportunity? I guarandamntee you that they're outside of the man's families places of residence as well. These cocksuckers don't let any tragedy go to waste and we both know it.

Asked FBI Los Angeles if suspects' apartment now open to the media/public: “I don’t believe so…it is still an ongoing investigation.”
Those reporters should not be there. The investigation is still ongoing.

Everything in that apartment would have been bagged, tagged and scrubbed for prints, DNA, hair and fibers - PERIOD.
Anything short means they aren't really trying to solve the crime and confirm/deny other actors, PERIOD.
No spin can refute these obvious conclusions. I'm ready to stand corrected if someone with law enforcement experience wants to tell me I'm wrong. I know in theater, in Iraq or Afghanistan, we wouldn't worry with prints so much (no records), but there would be some rudimentary efforts, plus the DNA would be valuable later. In addition, the bombs would leave a "fingerprint" and you can tell who made the bomb if you have enough examples.
Nothing about this smells right - at all. ATF would have needed a full day in there (at least a day), if the reports about the explosive material were correct. I saw a bunch of FBI techs yesterday, but no ATF. Maybe I missed it (and maybe they missed a bunch of stuff).

Yeah, whoever claimed the FBI and the local cops cleared the scene is covering their own arse. Fully expected from someone who doesn't have a problem trampling through a crime scene that had to be pryed open with a crow bar.
Media vultures.

Yea, this is crap from top to bottom.

not to mention with a garage full of homemade pipe bombs..you wouldn't have the LEAST concern there were booby traps or other explosives left behind?
did they think the swarm of reporters camping outside wouldn't descend on the apartment with the quickness as soon as they said they are done?
something seems really odd here..conspiracy or incompetence..its fricking odd.
