i'm sure Mark Furman will be on Fox to better explain the evidence collecting process in California shortly.

Fuhrman planting the glove at Rockaway AND OJ committing the crimes are not mutually exclusive theories - I actually subscribe to both.
But, yeah, OJ is EXACTLY the same type of crime scene contamination as this.

It's most likely not admissible if they are able to recover anything. But now there will be cross contamination so it will likely be impossible to use at all to catch any co conspirators or accomplices.

Maybe not exactly.
Useless for a legal proceeding, but maybe not for investigating further. Of course, who knows what was messed up in there with all these people in there.

Yea these people were on the radar and the feds didn't know they were this close to acting.
That's where the work place violence comes from. The feds cant come right out and say " yea this was not there plan. we knew their plan and it wasn't supposed to go down for weeks. This work related incident triggered the violence"

This is a fricking zoo. Children, popsicles, and dogs wandering throughout an active crime scene. It wouldn't even be a good premise for sketch comedy it's so outlandish.

i wonder how many popsicle's are left?
Posted on 12/4/15 at 12:48 pm to ProjectP2294
Where is the live stream now? Everything I'm seeing is WH press briefing. Who is still streaming this clusterfrick?

This would make a fantastic dark comedy SNL skit.
Won't happen, but would be hilarious.

who the frick eats a serial murder's popsicle?

I'd assume once the SBPD came out and said it is still an active crime scene SOMEONE at Fox, CNN, etc. was smart enough to end the live stream and realize they had royally messed up. What a bunch of idiots.

I don't think they know wtf they are talking about. Once the scene was abandoned by LE and the landlord had unrestricted access it was no longer a secure scene and the chain of evidence is broken. Even small town USA detectives know you have someone that stays on scene 24/7 to secure the scene and document anyone that comes and goes as long as its active

Yes. 909-384-5742, San Bernardino police department... Press option 4.

How long do they need to procure what they need for the investigation? This happened almost 48 hours ago and I am sure they did around the clock forensics. Can't imagine all is lost. In fact, I'd guess at this point it would loose ends but what do I know?

Just more proof that all these shootings are a conspiracy
Posted on 12/4/15 at 12:58 pm to bisonduck
Some people act like scenes are held forever. At some point once all evidence is collected and processed its released back to the owner.
