That would be the Toyota Hilux group if you were in the region of the sandbox.

The llama and the M&P 15 ( the s&w) are rifles.

M&P 15? Yes. The other rifle is a DPMS.

The pistols were identified as a Smith and Wesson (which I suspect is an M&P pistol) and a Llama. Llama is a Spanish brand known for inexpensive pistols.

ETA: And I'd wager doughnuts to dollars the chambering of both rifles was 5.56mm NATO.

3rd person was not a suspect. Possibly just running off when all the gunfire was taking place. They found out he did have an outstanding warrant for a misdemeanor so he did get arrested....haha

Fair enough.

2 rifles - S&W M&P 15 (which is a MForgery), in 5.56mm Nato. DPMS, ditto (they're the Panther brand black rifles) (ETA: I said Snake earlier, but that's Bushmaster).

2 pistols - Llama (again, one of these things is not like the others) and a Smith & Wesson pistol (unknown model - I still suspect M&P or M&P Shield - this is Smith's take on the Glock striker fired design).

This is partly what is wrong with the American political system, mainly Republicans. I am not liberal I'm a centrist. I mostly vote Republican. But conservatives (liberals too) have become so extreme that my moderate, objective beliefs are seen as kooky liberal bullshite.

I distinctly remember hearing .223

But since you can shoot .223 out of 5.56 they may have just had .223 ammo lying around and that's where that number came from.

That M&P 15 is a good gun. I hav-...had one until I lost it boating.

Everyone makes that stupid mistake. (And not you, baw, but you already admitted to being drunk, probably, and missed that Llama is a pistol - I'm sure they said it - they're saying .223 today. They're just wrong on the rifles. An AR in .223 would likely be a special order that has statistically zero volume in the market.)

This is the almost same thing as calling a .357 magnum a ".38 special" weapon.

Maybe they had a mix, but I suspect they had mostly 5.56mm bulk ammo. I don't believe they had thousands of rounds of .223 Remington ammo. I'm open to being proven wrong.

SAAMI does not consider them the same chambering and there is only 1-way cross compatibility.

I have no idea who I'd vote for in upcoming election but I certainly am not clambering to vote for Hillary. No way in hell i would vote for Trump. Cruz is too radical for me.

Increasingly Republicans have swung too far to the right, it's hurting them nationally and it makes me less likely to vote for them in future. But in past I have mainly voted Republican.

.223, and 5.56 are basically the same round. If I remember correctly the AR-15 is chambered as 5.56. You can shoot both rounds out of it. A .223 is a civilian round. If you have a .223 chambered rifle you cannot however shoot 5.56 out of it. Gun experts feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The fact that she is your default vote says it all.

Utter bullshite. My views would make me a liberal in 1955 - pretty far to the left, at that. Today, things have swung so far to the left, I'm considered to the right of Attila the Hun - but keep pushing that narrative.

Bush himself was not extreme but he let neo-cons in his cabinet and the VP to dictate policies too much. So in the end yes he became quite right wing.
