thats the first thing i thought. Theres also quite a "im loaded" sound and feel when a round is chambered. I dont doubt that she has the IQ of a potato, but that's a mistake even a complete moron can feel.

im probably giving them too much credit, but i cant see it being intentional, mainly because it was on facebook live. thats a guaranteed way not to get away with murder.

I swear she dry fired right before she racked.
So the weapon was racked without a mag and a mag was put in after that. She dry fires and then racks with the mag now in and thinks she is dry firing again.

Had my suspicions as well but wasn't watching that closely. To be honest, I was mesmerized that the victim just had a clean hole in his head. I thought it would be far messier.

I agree.
The dude jumps out saying "Oh my God" and the girl does the shocked inhale sound when the gun goes off, then freaks out and gets out the car. I honestly think it was an accident. Now, if you want to get into the finer details of it being an "accident" when you chamber a round and frick with the trigger while it's pointed at someone, that's fine. But based on the video, I honestly don't think she shot him on purpose.
Also, apparently there was a "clip" (magazine) in the gun since a round loaded when she racked it.
Stupidity all around, and the one person in the car that you could tell had a problem with how that gun was being handled is the one who ended up shot/potentially dead.
