TPOS jumped the counter and attacked the bodega worker. Alba defended himself with a knife and mortally wounded the attacker. Now the attackers family is suing the bodega's owner. Talk about parasites.

I cannot imagine being such a worthless piece of shite human that I ever consider a lawsuit against the store my piece of shite family member robbed and got justifiably killed.

I hope they lose and the countersuit requires the plaintiffs be executed.

LMFAO this is what they are claiming. Good luck with that.

If I were the judge I'd toss the case and tell the family, "He was killed because he fricked around and found out."

It seems to me, that some kind of, any kind of, law, should have been proven to be violated, before any civil suit should be allowed to proceed. I mean, what, exactly, is right and wrong- if not defined by law?

frick that family. That is what’s wrong with this country. Nobody wants to be held accountable for their actions.

hopefully they get a judge Judy type. A case like this should just quickly be dismissed by any judge. If not, seems like they should be immediately up for a quick review and revoking of position. Additionally, unless they're loaded, why does any lawyer take such a case? Wouldn't they require at least probably 5k upfront, maybe more for something stupid like this?
