I wish there was a better way for people to do things like this without having to give such a large percentage to Gofundme. Isn’t it around 20% amd all they really do is provide the mechanism for donations.
Seems like a checking account could be set up but then, I guess it wouldn’t be so easy to make a contribution (no credit cards, have to go to the bank, etc.)
I don’t know, just rambling I guess. That’ll be a huge help for that poor family, I couldn’t imagine the pain amd uncertainty.

Go fund me is free for this type of funding(personal). When you donate you can choose to tip them if you want. I usually leave the auto tip that it comes with (10% I believe), but you can take it out.
