But please, spend the money to sue...I'm sure we will have to cover the tab anyway.

The very definition of unscented is having no scent. Something that has an odor has a scent. English isn't your first language obviously.

You still do not understand the difference between unscented and odorless. You dipshit.

What kind of degenerate doesn't sniff the product before they buy it, especially when their understanding of the claim is "odorless?"

If you had bought 11 more, then you would have a case.

Hope this helps.

That'll be treefitty for the answer.

If you look up the actual definition of "scent" you get

quote:

verb (used with object)8. to fill with an odor; perfume.

Adding the prefix "un" would make it to not fill with an odor; perfume. Adding the the suffix "ed" makes it past tense.

So the very definition of "unscented" means they did not fill your deodorant with scent or perfume. That definition does not say your deodorant will be odorless. It should've had a warning label for the dangers of dumbasses buying the deodorant so maybe you should sue them for that.

No dumbass, it means no scent added. Scent free is what you're probably trying to think of.
And, is there a reason you couldn't Snell it upon application?

Can we just skip to the fun part where OP talks about his emotional distress? I'll hear it.

You went home to change your shirt and this cost you lost productivity how? Because you didn't have time to engorge your obviously out of shape arse with enough refined carbs to be "happy".
