I worked at a truck stop in SE Ark. in high school and fixed many big truck flats. Heard all the horror stories of the ring cutting guys in half or blowing them into the ceiling and crushing them. I only had one blow off in the cage, and it looked nothing like that. Knocked me on my arse, but that was it. Hard hat? Safety face shield? In 1977 in a rural Ark. truck stop? Those were truly good days...
