I was in the running for a remote FT position with them when I was in college and they said it comes with 35k with benefits. I’m sure it’s more than that in New York and it wasn’t for blogging so that may be different because that’s usually their bigger personalities. Plus I’m sure a position actually in New York is much higher due to cost of living
I know a couple of the interns literally live in that office tho to be able to make it before they get a paycheck

They bought Old Row last year I believe. It’s still mostly separate, but they are trying to find a southern audience which they’ve always struggled with

Sounds like you’re not familiar with the advertising industry. The create insane amounts of content. Some of it good. Some of it so so. And some of it bad. Regardless, content + attention = eyeballs/ears = profit.
Plus, they don’t bullshite and play the PC Card like 99% of media, so it’s refreshing.
I’ve said for awhile that TD needs to be a content creation machine in addition to being a forum. They’ve already captured the audience of the entire SEC + some, now multiply the content x10 and become a media company as well.

I enjoy and follow it casually and enjoy how they air out the office drama

I don’t listen but I respect what he did because I first saw them in the very beginning. EL Presidente needs to lay off the skinny pants, But his pizza take in Gary Indiana was pure gold.

I think Rough N Rowdy is going to be really successful. I find it hilarious. I dislike most of their content but PMT, Donnie Does, and Caleb are hilarious. They’ve made horrible decisions with Michael Rappaport, Asa Akira and Call Her Daddy
