BUT do not get legally remarried under any circumstances and continue to file single head of household.

My guess is OP feels sorry for her. She is obviously crazy. I guess I understand that. I wouldn't do it.

I see you said she's back.

Screw that she left once before she will do it again. Kick her arse out its obvious divorce wasn't what she thought it would be and now she's playing you for a sucker and using you.

If any of her friends are single or remarried they will be in her ear always saying stuff about how their new man is better than their first husband, or how it's great being single and not having to worry about a spouses feelings or worrying about them getting mad when they spend all their time with the vagina squad and never has time for their husbands.

It's obvious this backfired on her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She thinks my oldest son and I control her phone by turning it off (I've tried to explain that they don't make programs to let you remotely turn off someone else's phone because it would serve no purpose). So, her phone is off all the fricking time. I have to get spousal support to her. Our son is coming home on leave from the USMC in two weeks. Her phone being off makes it hard for our youngest son to tell her he's coming home, so I have to go do it.

First phones, and now headlights? Any other phobias?
