My cousin said he always made the most money during the week of essence when he worked at whiskey blue. The ballers of essence love throwing money around. Obviously not all who attend are ballers, but they are out there.

You can go to Cure on Freret and enjoy drinks and hit a few of the restaurants there. Magazine st has a ton of places. Look up Oak Street and the river bend area restaurants, etc.
