By the time Rock and Stone Cold main events Wrestlemania together in 1999 WWF was absolutely better than WCW. The period of time that it could be argued that WCW was better than WWF basically encompassed the 83 weeks that they won in the ratings....after that the NWO was watered down and stale and SCSA was well on his way to being the highest money making, most over pro wrestler in history.
