I occasionally have to deal with N LA water companies including Greater Ouachita. They're not staffed with competent workers.

One guy told me that his employees weren't paid rocket scientist wages therefore he couldn't expect rocket scientist performance from them.

I absolutely LOVE the ladies in their permit office up there. They are so nice and so very super helpful.

The water company is… fine. I guess. They just require too much paperwork.
