DEMCO sent us an overdue notice with a threat of turning off our service. The notice showed a zero balance. We called and they said it was just a glitch.

For people in the deep south, simply having an AC with a reversible heat pump instead of using electric resistive heating will slash winter electricity bills.

It's the new thing they all do. My businesses accts have been getting this type stuff right after we send in payment for the present invoice. It causes confusion that you think someone in office missed a payment and you panic and send them more. I hate this foolishness. Even our auto-pay or auto-deduct type payments.

thats your total balance, check your individual bills, you probably have on that was die 1/5 and they rolled it to 2/5, but the 1/5 balance is overdue.
